2012: We were invited to a competition in a very selective group bidding for the design of the two observation levels 118 and 119 at the Shanghai Tower, the second highest building worldwide, by the Shanghai Tower Construction Development Co., Ltd..
We suggested a „skyscraper lounge“ people walk through at the entrance, a projected and entertaining elevator and a splendid garden in the two observation levels with viewing points. We didn’t win and no one of the invited companies did, but watched all our ideas to be copied for a future implementation by different designers.
